What is ObserViewing? It is about to observe and viewing what your sensors are noticing without participation of self 1) attachment and 2) judgement In this context, 1) Attachment: is a connected stance to what your sensors are connecting. When you're doing exercise in this attached state, information will be mostly filtered by your emotional components, such as your anger and fear. These feelings that would bring in information reflecting your own personal experience (previous, current) to your sensor sensing being.. . Not so much True Voice from core. 2) Judgement is to give conscious attention conclusion at where awareness is guided. When your judgement is on board, you hear critics suggesting something or, changing focus, words to pick as to creating a dialog in your head. That states where you notice your dialog about what your sensors are capturing, that's the sign that your judges are actively on board with you! Ignore them confidently! proudly! and keep your routine that is to document document document pure report. Allow that to come, and capture them most practically! with no judges welcome! not allow! Our goal: to capture unfiltered organic essence of your True Voice! The best tools are what works for you best! Exercise: Give your mind to take a long hike, before starting the exercise. and ask yourself consciously, "What makes you happy, your name?" This week, write down the internal dialog when you do the exercise especially when you hear your internal judges talking about the selection of your sensors choices about your happy elements. Remember that Your Happy is Yours! Be sure to own it.
